8mbet Terms and Conditions

01. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 8mbet platform and all services operated under it — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games and other entertainment services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and 8mbet.

By accessing the platform, opening an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the services.

8mbet reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms come into effect will be treated as acceptance of those changes.

02. Account Registration

A personal account is required to use 8mbet's services. All information provided at registration — name, email, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. Operating more than one account from the same person, household or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration or during deposit and withdrawal transactions, 8mbet may request a national identity card or other valid document to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials — username and password — fully confidential is your responsibility. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify the 8mbet support team immediately.

03. Age and Eligibility

All services on the 8mbet platform are for persons aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or using any service by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If false information about age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and no balance will be returned.

In addition, residents of areas where online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law are not eligible to use these services. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the legal regulations applicable in their location.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods currently available on 8mbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳300.

4.1 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are preferred via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Transaction Responsibility

Make sure you provide correct account details when making deposits or withdrawals. 8mbet is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information. Withdrawals may be temporarily held for accounts that have not completed verification.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, 8mbet reserves the right to hold that transaction until it has been reviewed. If involvement in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is found, the account may be closed and relevant information may be passed to the authorities.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

8mbet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable terms, which are set out in detail on that promotion's description page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

A bonus may only be used on certain games or sections — this will be stated in each offer's description.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
If bonus misuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
A bonus should never be treated as direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the bonus conditions have been fulfilled.

06. Betting and Gaming Rules

8mbet has specific rules for participating in sports betting, casino slots, live casino, fishing games and other sections; these can be found in each game's interface.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, 8mbet reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a third-party verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). The result announced by the game studio is considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football and other sports, if a match is abandoned or not officially completed, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned, unless the specific market's terms state otherwise.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbet platform:

Opening or operating more than one account.
Using any strategy (bonus abuse or arbitrage) intended to exploit the bonus system unfairly.
Using another person's funds in your account or conducting transactions through a third party.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting hacking, scraping or introducing malware.
Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
Using funds from illegal sources for transactions.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08. Account Suspension and Closure

8mbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Failure to cooperate with identity verification or providing false information.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
An order from a court or regulatory authority.
A long period of account inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance will be provided before closure.

09. Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, used and kept secure is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you also consent to that policy.

8mbet uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure. Users' personal information is not sold to any third party — however, limited information may be shared with trusted partners as part of a legal obligation or verification process.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Dispute Resolution
